R&D Engineer team leader - Delivery Systems

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Product Development: Oversee the development of innovative delivery system components, ensuring they meet stringent quality, performance, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, including ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other functional teams, such as clinical affairs, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device design and development.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering principles, including materials science, stress analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and quality systems.
