We are looking for a highly motivated Application Specialist to join our professional team and support advanced clinical diagnostic solutions in hospital and laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support, training, and troubleshooting for clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and automation systems at customer sites

• Perform instrument installations, method validations, and assay evaluations

• Conduct customer trainings, demonstrations, and workflow optimization sessions

• Serve as a key technical interface between customers, sales, service teams, and the manufacturer

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technical presentations and customer meetings

• Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and application-related issues

• Stay up to date with new technologies, assays, and clinical applications

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field

• Proven experience as an Application Specialist or Medical Laboratory Professional – advantage

• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows and diagnostic systems- ‏advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• High level of independence, problem-solving abilities, and customer orientation

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages – advantage
