Credit Operations Manager

• Handling loan renewals, collecting documents, and managing the signing of financing agreements and repayment schedules
• Entering and analyzing data in Excel for monitoring and control purposes
• Supporting the credit portfolio growth process and assisting the Credit Manager during peak workloads
• Collaborating with various departments, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Excel and office systems
• Familiarity with credit processes and ability to support operational workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with the Credit Manager and sales team
