Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mid-Level Product Manager to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate has a background in fintech companies and specifically, in accounting systems, excels in building mobile products, and has a hands-on approach to problem-solving. This role is central to driving innovation, streamlining financial processes, and delivering user-friendly solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including research, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Create user stories, detailed product requirements, and specifications for new features and improvements.
• Strong understanding of user’s needs, by commiting market research, and applying user- centic approch.
• Drive product improvements for mobile platforms while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Develop metrics to assess product performance and track success post-launch and relevant KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the fintech industry.
• Proven experience working on accounting systems or as an accounting manager — a strong advantage.
• Experience developing mobile-first products.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach to product management.
• Strong communication skills and team player, alonge with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products
