Research Fellow - Political Economy/Law and Economics

The Institute for Structural Reforms is looking for a Research Fellow to join our excellent dynamic team!

Responsibilities

Fitting candidates will have the opportunity to lead innovative research initiatives and design practical reforms, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, in the fields of socioeconomic and urban/rural planning policy.

A part-time position is optional.

Qualifications

• M.A. or above in one of the following fields: Economics, Law, PPE, Political Science
• Research experience in either Political Economy or Law and Economics (M.A. students with significant research experience will be considered)
• Finding, collecting, reading and summarizing academic, non-fiction and general literature/data
• Excellent writing skills (English and Hebrew)
• Data analysis skills. Statistical models - advantage
• Ability to work independently under changing conditions
• English proficiency - MUST, Excel - MUST, Python - advantage
