Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and execution-driven Web3 product leader to drive the vision, strategy, and growth of Voltage DEX and its mobile app, Volt. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and executing high-impact initiatives that enhance the user experience and adoption.

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Voltage DEX and Volt.
• Define and own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, marketing, design, and leadership, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage DEX aggregator research and product design, including PRD documentation and prototyping.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key data, and iterate based on insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define unique value propositions.
• Oversee business development and partnerships with relevant Web3 ecosystems, projects, and service providers.
• Work closely with the Fuse team to align with ecosystem and network requirements.
• Gather market and user feedback to enhance product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years of Web3 B2C and/or mobile product management experience.
• 1+ years of experience in DEX/CEX operations.
• Experience with DAO operations, execution, and governance.
• Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, dApps, Web3 protocols, DAO, NFT ecosystems, and their business strategies.
• Knowledge of tokenomics, staking, liquidity incentives, and revenue models.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills, capable of high-level thinking and deep execution.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong research and documentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics.
• Ability to define KPIs and implement iterative PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in tokenomics design and liquidity strategies.
• Experience in growth strategies for user acquisition and TVL expansion.
• Community growth and management experience.
• Understanding of blockchain protocols and smart contract mechanics.
• Knowledge of NFT markets and creator ecosystems.
• Experience leading token-based fundraising initiatives.
• Proven track record of growing and managing DApps.
• UX writing or product design background.
