Senior AI Engineer - Neradot

Neradot engineers develop the next generation of AI applications for our customers. We are at the forefront of the shift towards Agentic applications. Responsibilities-

• Design and deploy customized AI applications in customer-specific domains, working closely with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
• Conduct applied research with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic frameworks and methodologies
• Contribute to the direction and roadmaps of Neradot's framework and solutions
• Create and train new models, design orchestration workflows and agents, and develop success metrics

Minimum Qualifications-

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong knowledge of data structures/algorithms
• Advanced Python development skills, including expertise with packages, backend frameworks, and scientific computing libraries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of LLM and Natural Language Processing expertise, including deep understanding of LLM architectures and classical NLP techniques
• Proven experience building AI applications (agents) and workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about AI's role in business
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications-

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and training
• Proficiency in cloud deployment and management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with research focus on Agent interactions, LLMs, or NLP

Additional Information-

This is a client-facing position that requires:

• Conducting user interviews and gathering client feedback
• Close collaboration with product managers across different domains
• Ability to adapt to varying industry contexts and requirements

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Work model: Hybrid, at least 3 days in the office.
