🔹 Location: Azor, Israel

🔹 Workdays & Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 09:00 – 17:00

🔹 Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

✅ Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat

✅ Assist customers with shipping inquiries, tracking, and problem resolution

✅ Guide customers through customs clearance processes (especially in Israel and abroad)

✅ Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth shipping operations

✅ Maintain accurate records and customer interactions in the system

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Fluent Hebrew & English – a must (both spoken and written)

✔️ Experience in customer service – an advantage

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems – an advantage
