Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professional Software Developers, providing direction and guidance.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions that align with business goals.
• Monitor project timelines, performance, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Team Lead role.
• Expertise in web development technologies such as React, Angular, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and containerization tools (Docker).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of managing high-performance teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality software on time, within scope, and to specification.
