We are seeking a Quality Control Team Leader to oversee product inspections, ensure compliance with stringent quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supplier processes.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead quality control activities for mechanical and machined components

✅ Define and implement quality guidelines and inspection specifications

✅ Manage in-house and supplier production and assembly inspections

✅ Utilize MMS measurement tools and mechanical testing techniques

✅ Oversee compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 406, RoHS, and REACH standards

✅ Conduct supplier evaluations and quality audits

✅ Handle customer quality complaints and implement corrective actions

✅ Train employees on quality standards and best practices

What You Bring:

🔹 Extensive experience in quality control of mechanical products (electronics experience is a plus)

🔹 Strong knowledge of measurement tools and MMS machines

🔹 High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

🔹 Familiarity with ISO 406 and ISO 9001:2015 standards

🔹 Experience with quality audits and certification agencies

🔹 Expertise in supplier management and quality improvement initiatives

🔹 Advantage: Experience in SPC, Cp-Cpk analysis, and statistical process control

✅ שימוש בכלי מדידה מתקדמים ומכונות MMS

✅ הבטחת עמידה בתקני ISO 9001:2015, ISO 406, RoHS, ו-REACH

✅ ביצוע מבדקי איכות אצל ספקים וניהול תקני תקינה

✅ טיפול בתלונות לקוחות ויישום פעולות מתקנות

✅ הדרכת עובדים לשיפור מתמיד בתחום האיכות

דרישות התפקיד:

🔹 ניסיון משמעותי בבקרת איכות למוצרים מכאניים (ניסיון באלקטרוניקה – יתרון)

🔹 הכרות מעמיקה עם כלי מדידה ומכונות MMS

🔹 אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (קריאה, כתיבה, דיבור)

🔹 שליטה בתקני ISO 406 ו-ISO 9001:2015

🔹 ניסיון בעבודה עם גופי תקינה וביצוע מבדקים

🔹 יכולת להוביל תהליכי איכות ושיפור מול ספקים וקבלנים

🔹 יתרון: ניסיון בבקרת תהליכים סטטיסטיים (SPC) וניתוח יכולת תהליך (Cp - Cpk)
