Your Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead innovative digital products through all life-cycle stages – research, planning, development, and launch

🔹 Identify and prioritize business needs, define User Stories, Roadmaps, and Action Items

🔹 Conduct in-depth market analysis, generate insights, and recommend advanced solutions

🔹 Define metrics and KPIs to manage product performance

🔹 Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical language

🔹 Coordinate development processes, sync teams, solve problems, and ensure quality management

What Are We Looking For?

✅ 3 Positions: 4+ years of product management experience – Mandatory

✅ 1 Position: 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years managing complex products – Mandatory

✅ Experience leading digital and technology projects

✅ Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment

✅ Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

✅ High customer service awareness with strong business and technical understanding
