Sales Renewal Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Renewal Specialist responsible for renewing service agreements for existing customers.

The role includes:

• Selling service contracts to customers, including preparing price quotes and orders.
• negotiating and liaising with customers over the phone until closing the sales process.

Job requirements:

• Academic degree

• Previous experience working with customers and sales / SDR rolls - an advantage

• Ability to work with computerized customer relationship management systems CRM and SAP - an advantage

• Sales ability, service-mindedness, good verbal and written expression, "big head", order, and organization.
