We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Analyst/Account Manager, responsible for managing relationships with hotel aggregators and negotiating optimal agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with hotel aggregators on pricing, deposits, and terms.
• Manage the entire relationship lifecycle with hotel aggregators.
• Track and monitor aggregator performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify the best aggregators and stay updated on industry trends.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams for smooth integration of aggregator services.
• Provide feedback to aggregators and follow up on issue resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the travel tech industry.
• Strong background in business analysis and account management.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in technical environments and with R&D teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple aggregator relationships.
• Advantage - Experience with hotel aggregators in the travel sector.
