Sales Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Specialist, playing a crucial role in supporting our sales ecosystem and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead control processes and task tracking, serving as the Back Office liaison between the department manager, sales managers, overseas vendors, and internal stakeholders (purchasing, IT, and finance)
• Prepare and develop professional price quotes and proposals
• Create and maintain catalog items and their relationships in CRM system
• Oversee pricing management, vendor relations, and comprehensive action
• Train sales personnel on Opportunity to Order processes
• Handle product purchase orders end-to-end: from customer receipt to billing, including ongoing license file management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Up to two years of prior experience in sales support/logistics /operations, or back-office roles
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to work at a fast pace while adapting to frequent changes in requirements and schedules
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Full-time availability
• High level of English proficiency
