The Role:

We’re looking for a Fractional CSO to lead and scale our global sales strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a senior sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nonprofit and fintech sectors, and can bring structure, strategy, and results to our expanding sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement an international sales strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team (currently small but growing)
• Drive outbound and inbound B2B sales efforts across nonprofit, foundation, and partner segments
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive accountability
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Build scalable sales processes and playbooks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior sales leader (VP Sales / CSO) in SaaS, fintech, or nonprofit tech
• Strong strategic thinking and execution ability
• Track record of scaling sales teams and revenue from early to growth stage
• Experience with global sales, especially in North America.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working remotely and fractionally with flexibility
