Project Manager

Nayax is looking for a Project Manager to join the Project Management department, responsible for leading end-to-end projects. As a Project Manager, you will have complete accountability from engagement to launch for all planning, commitments, and on-time delivery to inbound and outbound customers. In addition, you are expected to facilitate, synchronize, and track the progress of the various cross-company teams (Development, Product, infrastructure, QA, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, etc.).

The Project Manager will report to the Program Management Team Leader in the Projects Department.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Focus on managing cross-department projects
• Drive detailed schedules and timelines to meet the company and the project goals
• Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks in time and work with technical leaders from multiple teams and management to solve them
• Help engineers and team leaders remove barriers and clarify priorities
• Participate in Project status meetings and communicate the project progress, risks, and solutions to the management
• Facilitate our group processes and execution, continuously improving our work
  

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• 3-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management of cross-department projects
• Experience in complex SW R&D projects, SW development, and release process
• B.Sc. Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or other Engineering related engineering field
• Can-do attitude – make things happen, Team player
• Good system engineering view and understanding, well-organized
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical global, cross-functional groups
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)

ADVANTAGES:

• Experience in SW project that went to high-volume production
• Few years of experience in system engineering
• Few years of experience in software development
• Experience with different project methodologies (Scrum Master, Agile, etc.)
