Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will be Member of the System Team that is part of the R&D group.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, upgrade, and design the company’s network infrastructure (Linux servers, Network services, VPNs, ESXi servers, Security solutions, Monitoring. etc.)
Maintain the entire Linux environment of the company
Provide the best IT solutions that suites the needs and demand of the different departments
Design highly secured systems based on an extensive threat model
Working with the research, development, and DevOps teams across the R&D group to make sure that infrastructure meets the needs of company’s R&D teams
Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market

Requirements

At least 2 years with hands on Linux administration
Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
Deep understanding of networks and hands on experience in large scale environments.
Experience working with Virtualization systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.- Advantage
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Advantage
Experience with Cloud environment (AWS, GCP, AZURE) - Advantage
Configuring VPN’s solutions, and maintaining - Advantage
