Role summary

This position is ideal for senior Mechanical engineering to join the Global Element engineering team as a Senior production engineering, optimizing manufacturing processes by improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality. Partnering with R&D ,quality, Production ,procurement and planning , you'll provide technical support to global production teams implemented changes to increase efficiency . This role is impact on our Element production lines and our product in the field, vital in shaping Align Technology's production cost strategy and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

Role expectations

• Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, ECO's Leading End to End (Include writing test protocols and Test executions)
• Cost Management: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Perform Training and accompany production assembly.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience: 5+ years in production engineering
• Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, problem-solving, lean and six sigma methodologies, data analysis, quality control standards.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong Excel skills, experience with Solid work, Business Objects BI Reporting, leading others without authority
