Sr. Backend Engineer

Using the newest technologies, we're working on solving a huge problem all enterprises face today - govern the accessibility of all its employees to all 3rd party vendors (GitHub, SendGrid, Atlassian, and thousands more!), and make sure there is no leftover/unwanted access to any of the organization's SaaS assets. The SaaS security field is complex and challenging; therefore, we're looking for super-talented people, who are not afraid of technical challenges and breaking down barriers to achieve good solutions.

The job

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining large-scale data-oriented systems. As a senior backend engineer in Grip you’ll lead and contribute to architecture and design of our complex backend applications using modern technologies and tooling. In the role you’ll also research and define how to break technological challenges that Grip encounters as an innovative solution in the SaaS security market.

As part of the backend engineer in Grip, you will lead end-to-end solutions from requirements to production, explore new technologies and mentor new members of the team.

Tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Python, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Postgres

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Backend or backend-oriented Full Stack – An advantage for Python/Typescript
• Experience with high-scale and robust backend platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do approach
• Experience with relational databases
• Experienced with cloud architecture
• Experienced with Kubernetes – Advantage
• Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka - Advantage
• Worked with large scales of data – advantage
