A fast-growing AgTech startup, selling to the U.S. market (greenhouse growers, integrators, and resellers), is seeking a Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager to drive performance marketing and deliver high-quality leads.

Role Overview:

The role requires a results-driven marketer with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and improving ROI within limited budgets. The primary focus is generating qualified leads for both direct customers (growers) and indirect partners (integrators, resellers) while demonstrating expertise in the U.S. agricultural market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) with a focus on ROI.

Generate high-quality lead flow from digital channels for growers, integrators, and resellers.

Analyze market trends and use competitive intelligence to refine targeting and messaging.

Manage email marketing campaigns to engage partners and resellers.

Execute and track social media campaigns across traditional platforms.

Support branding efforts, including trade shows, webinars, and partner events.

Measure campaign performance, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital Advertising / Marketing with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing.

Demonstrated success driving lead generation and improving ROI with limited budgets.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation tools.

Deep understanding of the U.S. agricultural market and experience marketing to growers and resellers.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing metrics and reporting tools.

Experience in marketing for AgTech, automation, or IoT products (preferred).

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives.

Bonus Skills:

Experience supporting branding & SMM initiatives such as trade shows, webinars, and PR.

Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies.
