We are seeking an IDM Implementer for a Leading Organization in Tel Aviv!

Join the Information Security and Cyber Protection Department within the Technology Division, as part of the IDM team. This is a full-time position, working closely with development and infrastructure teams, reporting both professionally and managerially to the IDM Team Leader.

Role Description:

✔ Lead projects and business processes in Identity Management

✔ Write specifications for identity management processes

✔ Perform role mining and implement permissions in the IDM system

✔ Define and implement controls, reviews, and role separation processes

✔ Conduct testing procedures within the IDM system

✔ Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Technology Division interfaces

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (graduates of IDF technology units or relevant courses are also welcome)

✔ 5+ years of proven experience in IT systems – Must

✔ 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and IDM systems – Must

✔ Experience implementing SailPoint IIQ – Significant advantage

✔ Experience in leading end-to-end projects and processes

✔ Strong business requirements analysis and functional specification writing skills

✔ Knowledge of databases and SQL queries – Advantage

✔ Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, information security, project management, or systems analysis – Advantage

✔ High-level English proficiency

✔ Ability to work in a complex, multi-tasking environment

✔ Proficiency in writing Detailed Design Documents

✔ Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

✔ Proactive, independent, and eager to learn
