smarTrike is a global leader in kids’ mobility solutions, designing and manufacturing innovative trikes, scooters, and balance bikes. We are seeking a Head of Studio to lead our in-house graphic team and oversee all aspects of design and multimedia production. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the graphic studio, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials. A hands-on graphic leader with strong management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily workflow of the graphic studio, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of design assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and production staff, assigning tasks and reviewing work to maintain high-quality standards.
• A hands-on involvement in video and graphic design projects, ensuring top-tier execution and high design standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, packaging, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align graphic assets with business and campaign objectives.
• Oversee external vendor relationships, including printers and production houses, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Work closely with the Art Director, ensuring graphic expectations and deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in visual communication from Bezalel, Shenkar, HIT, or another top-tier design institute.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite -Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma.
• Proficiency in motion design and video editing software -After Effects, Premiere.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
