As a Receptionist at Rapyd, you will be the face of daily life at our office in Israel. You will hold a variety of responsibilities, such as providing consistent operational support and creating the best service experience for our guests, partners, and employees. You will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational and execution effectiveness.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for ongoing Executive Reception Services.
• Workplace: making sure our workplace environment is well maintained.
• Assist with coordinating and producing facilities needs
• Working closely with the Workplace Admin team

Requirements:

• Experience as an hospitality / facilities administration in the High tech industry
• Customer/service-oriented and pleasant with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a Can Do approach and Strong team player.
• Experience with spreadsheets in MS Office and/or Google Suite - preference for Google Suite
• Ability to work under pressure (Organized multi-tasker)
• Availability for a full-time position on-site
• Smooth English - verbal and written
