Head of Engineering

We are a leading company in the field of hybrid propulsion systems, specializing in cutting-edge technologies for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). We are seeking a motivated and talented Engineering Team Manager to lead our engineering efforts and grow with us in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the engineering team in the development of hybrid propulsion systems for UAVs.

Oversee multidisciplinary projects across software, hardware, and mechanical systems.

Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve project goals.

Contribute to establishing a strong engineering culture in a growing company.

Work closely with other teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering (preferred but not required).

Experience in the UAV industry (preferred).

Familiarity with the defense sector (advantage).
