Hands-on CTO Co-Founder (Equity-Based)

A unique opportunity to join early-stage startup as a key technology leader. We’re seeking a visionary CTO with deep hands-on experience in Flutter and proven expertise in cross-platform mobile and desktop development.

This equity-based role offers significant ownership from day one with excellent terms upon successful fundraising. As our tech pioneer, you’ll define our technical roadmap, drive breakthrough product development, and lead our innovation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision and strategy.
• Architect and develop blazing fast desktop/mobile apps using Flutter.
• Lead, mentor, and grow our development team while setting best practices.
• Collaborate closely with co-founders to align technology with business goals.
• Oversee cross-platform integration, ensuring seamless experiences on both mobile and desktop.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Flutter and cross-platform development.
• Proven track record in building applications for mobile and desktop environments.
• Strong background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
• Prior startup experience or experience in a leadership role is a plus.
