Role Overview: Business Operations Program Lead

Masterschool is seeking an experienced Business Operations Program Lead to design, launch, and scale our Business Operations Program. This is an opportunity to create a best-in-class training program that prepares graduates for careers in office management, project management, payroll accounting, and HR.

Success in this role will be defined by:

• Launching the program within 3 months, ensuring full readiness across curriculum, team, and operations.
• Achieving 90%+ career readiness for graduates, equipping them with in-demand operational skills.
• Maintaining a student satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.9+, ensuring an exceptional learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development & Launch: Design and implement the Business Operations Program, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
• Curriculum Design: Develop and refine a high-impact curriculum covering 4 months of commercial business training and 5 months of specialized training in office management, project management, payroll, and HR.
• Instructor Recruitment & Training: Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier instructors specializing in business operations disciplines.
• Student Success: Drive strong career outcomes, with 90%+ of graduates career-ready for operational roles.
• Student Experience: Continuously improve program delivery to maintain a 4.9+ CSAT rating.
• Scalability & Growth: Build a strong foundation to expand the program, potentially launching localized versions in Germany and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in business operations, with deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Office Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in operations leadership, optimizing performance, and managing teams, including hiring, training, and oversight.
• Proven ability to lead and manage programs, with a strong track record in building, launching, and scaling initiatives.
• Familiarity with top industry certifications in business operations (e.g., PMP for Project Management, SHRM for HR, etc.).
• Data-Driven & KPI-Oriented: Comfortable working towards ambitious performance goals.
• Nice to have: Former experience in training programs, leading and structuring workforce development initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; knowledge of German is an advantage.
