We seek an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and oversee NexTenna's engineering development. This key leadership role requires a multidisciplinary expert with a strong background in RF, antennas, software, firmware, and materials. The ideal candidate will also serve as Vice President of Engineering, working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, product innovation, and adherence to strict timelines.

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team across multiple disciplines, including RF, antennas, software, firmware, and material sciences.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with NexTenna’s business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept to production, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project milestones and progress across all engineering teams to maintain a structured development timeline.
• Work closely with R&D, product management, and manufacturing teams to optimize design and performance.
• Serve as a technical authority on key design decisions, guiding innovation and troubleshooting complex engineering challenges.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among engineering teams.
• Ensure that all projects meet quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to strategic decision-making at the executive level.

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in RF, phased array antennas, firmware, software, and advanced materials.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience in satellite communications, aerospace, or defense industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes for RF and antenna systems.
• Knowledge of satellite communication protocols and industry regulations.
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA development, or AI-driven signal processing.
• Proven track record in managing external partnerships and supplier relationships.
