Regulation, Compliance, Control, and Risk Management Manager (including Compliance & GRC Lead)

A leading financial company expanding its operations into savings and investment services is seeking a Regulation, Compliance, Control, and Risk Management Manager.

The role includes responsibility for all regulatory, control, and risk aspects of the company to ensure compliance with legal and governmental standards, as well as operational, business, and financial risk prevention (including GRC Lead, Conflict & Compliance, and Compliance Control).

The company operates locally, with process controls conducted in Hebrew, engaging with local entities and public-sector regulations within Israel.

• Manage the company's risk map and establish processes, policies, and procedures for existing and new products and services.
• Develop operational, business, financial, and corporate regulatory risk policies, including ESG aspects.
• Independently monitor the organization's regulatory agenda.
• Advise and support the company’s management and business units in identifying and tracking organizational challenges and weaknesses.
• Build or revise control procedures, ensure compliance effectiveness, and investigate incidents or operational risks.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management (O&M), Law, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Project Management). A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in control and supervision processes within financial departments, O&M departments, project management, or regulatory, compliance, or risk management roles—preferably in the insurance or financial sectors.
• Professional Skills:
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, process implementation, and report submissions.
• High analytical skills and independent decision-making ability.
• Experience in leading teams and managing processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Prior experience in regulatory affairs, legal compliance, risk management, internal controls, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).

• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex issues thoroughly.
• Teamwork capabilities and excellent interpersonal relations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to order and process.
• Basic technological understanding and familiarity with information systems and computer applications.

חברה פיננסית מובילה המרחיבה את פעילותה לתחומי שירותי חיסכון והשקעות מחפשת מועמד/ת לתפקיד מנהל/ת רגולציה, בקרה וסיכונים.

התפקיד כולל אחריות על כלל היבטי הרגולציה, הבקרה והסיכונים של החברה, במטרה להבטיח עמידה בדרישות החוק והתקינה הממשלתית, וכן פעילות מניעת סיכונים תפעוליים, עסקיים וכספיים (לרבות (GRC Lead, Conflict & Compliance Compliance Control).

בעל/ת התפקיד אחראי/ת על מפת הסיכונים של החברה, קביעת תהליכים, מדיניות ונהלים למוצרים ושירותים קיימים וחדשים, תוך גיבוש מדיניות סיכונים תפעוליים לרבות עסקיים, עסקיים-פיננסיים, וציות רגולטורי תאגידי, היבטי ESG.

המנהל/ת עצמאי/ת בתפקידו/ה, מנטר/ת את האג'נדה הרלוונטית לארגון, מלווה את הנהלת החברה ואת היחידות העסקיות בזיהוי ומעקב אחר אתגרים ונקודות כשל ארגוניות, בנייה או שינוי נהלי בקרה, אפקטיביות ציות נהלים, ביצוע תחקור אירועי כשל ואופרציות בסיכון.

* ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים בתהליכי בקרה ופיקוח באגפי כספים או בארגון ושיטות (או"ש)או/ו ניהול פרוייקטים, או בניהול רגולציה, בקרה או סיכונים, רצוי בתחום הביטוח או הפיננסים.

* היכרות מעמיקה עם דרישות מקצועיות, רגולציות, הטמעת תהליכים והגשת דוחות.

* יכולת אנליטית גבוהה ויכולת קבלת החלטות עצמאית.

* כישורי ניהול והנעה של צוותים.

* יכולת עבודה בתנאי לחץ ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.

* כישורי תקשורת מצוינים, בכתב ובע"פ, בעברית ובאנגלית.

* עיסוק קודם ברגולציה, אחריות משפטית, ניהול סיכונים בקרות פנימיות תאימות לתקנות (GRC Lead compliance control and risk managements)
