Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Specialist will be responsible for technical recruiting, full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruitment, and conducting interviews to attract top talent in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
• At least two years of experience in technological recruitment
• Significant experience in sourcing on LinkedIn and social networks - required
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience
• Interviewing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with HR systems in general, and Workday in particular - an advantage
