Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Specialist will be responsible for technical recruiting, full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruitment, and conducting interviews to attract top talent in the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
- At least two years of experience in technological recruitment
- Significant experience in sourcing on LinkedIn and social networks - required
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience
- Interviewing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with HR systems in general, and Workday in particular - an advantage
