The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a hands-on leader to scale our operations and establish us as a world-class supplier. You’ll set up and scale our NPI (New Product Introduction) production line, drive high-volume manufacturing, and lead the transition to top-tier manufacturing partners. Over time, you’ll build a team to manage operations, supply chain, and inventory, ensuring efficiency and scalability while preserving our startup agility.

Your Mission:

 Develop and execute operational strategies for growth and scalability.

 Oversee the full production lifecycle—from R&D through NPI to mass production.

 Set up and manage NPI lines, transitioning to world-class manufacturing partners.

 Drive production ramp-up to tens of thousands of units by early 2026, scaling for multimillion-unit demand.

 Optimize supply chain, procurement, and inventory for global readiness.

 Ensure seamless product delivery to major customers and industry leaders.

 Build and lead an operations team to support our transition to a global supplier.

What You Bring:

 3+ years in an operations leadership role in hardware product companies.

 Proven experience scaling hardware products, ideally in data centers, cooling, or IoT.

 B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus).

 Expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and NPI processes (fabless models preferred).

 Experience working with international teams (especially US and Israel); 25% travel required.

 Strong business acumen with budget and cost management experience.

 A strategic and hands-on leadership style—comfortable in both boardrooms and production floors.

 Passion for AI hardware and disruptive technologies.
