Recruiter I HUNTERit

We are HUNTERIT, a leading recruitment company specializing in the finance and investment industry, looking for a Recruiter to identify top talent and lead high-quality hiring processes.

What the role involves:

• Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through various recruitment platforms.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand the organization’s recruitment needs.
• Conducting market research and identifying top talent in the finance sector.
• Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment and continuously improving processes.
• Managing and maintaining profiles on social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn), including posting content, strengthening the company’s presence, and recruiting potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, including in-depth interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with advanced recruitment platforms.
• Strategic mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
