PMO – 1953

TSG, a publicly traded defense-tech company, specializing in command and control systems, is recruiting a PMO for a classified project with a significant contribution to national security!

Role Description

• Developing and maintaining integrated work plans.
• In-depth knowledge of project management and control for technological projects.
• Ongoing coordination with external contractors, drafting contract documents, and managing external workforce scopes.
• Risk management, bottleneck analysis, and critical path assessment.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial aspects, including pricing, project expenses, and revenue.
• Budget planning and control from the proposal stage, through ongoing reporting, to project completion.
• Building an overall project status overview and reporting to supervisors.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics.
• 1-3 years of experience as a PMO in large civilian or military organizations – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean/Six Sigma planning and control methodologies.
• Experience with planning and control tools such as MS-Project/Primavera/Jira/Monday.
• Strong proactiveness, business and financial acumen, systemic thinking, analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Experience in military and/or defense industries – an advantage.
• Security clearance – an advantage.
