Job Description

Job Summary:

The incumbent, reporting to Deputy/ project manager and director of the company will be responsible for overall quality control and quality assurance related indoor and outdoor activities of Shahr-e-Naw Park complex in tight and challenging schedule in collaborative working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the following but not limited to;

• Monitoring and controlling the quality of construction projects' works.
• Review projects' documents including drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure that the contractor do the construction according to the Specification and approved Construction schedules
• Check and approval of submittals for project materials and mixture by confirming it with its specifications.
• Ensure construction projects progress in accordance with updated drawing and technical specifications.
• Prepare and Implement project quality control plans.
• Ensure adequate and timely supply of best quality materials by contractor to minimize unnecessary delays or interruptions of the construction work plan.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports of the construction projects'
• Following and ensure that all tests as required are done in compliance to standard and approved specifications.
• Document and share key lessons learnt to help improve the quality of the ongoing Construction project.
• Forward the approved and measured accomplished volumes to project manager/ ESACC director for invoicing and payment.
• Perform any other duties as may be requested by ESACC Company.
  
  

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Must have 5 years of relevant experience in field of QC/QA, of construction Projects.
• Ability to understand, write and speak English and one of national language Pashto/Dari
• Ability to write and present technical letters and reports in the English language.
• Ability to use Ms. Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
