• Record the Vouchers as timely Basis.
• Provide regular analysis and reports.
• Responsible for recording inventory
• Prepare the monthly tax report
• Responsible to submit on time financial reports for projects according to formats
• Responsible to maintain a transparent, accurate and clear financial records
• Verify and approve financial transactions
• Prepare employees’ payroll their salaries, and remunerations on time.
• Developing and managing financial systems/models.
• To follow the coding system for the projects.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Providing timely responses and documentation for all types of taxes and Follow up annual tax Return with Medium Tax Office (MTO)
  
  

• Experience of working with NGOs is highly preferred.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Reliable, Honest, Transparent; Committed to hard work & exceptional work ethics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting.
• 4 years of experience in a similar position with national and international NGOs.
• University degree, (Bachelors minimum) is required in Accounts & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in accounting.
• Ability to be flexible, work irregular hours and be multi-tasked. Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate in written and spoken English, and fluent in Dari and Pashto is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and must have understanding of Accounting Software.
