In this role, you will take full responsibility for influencer activities, which include:

- **Relationship Management**: Cultivating strong, professional, and mutually beneficial relationships with influencers, addressing challenges while maintaining open communication.

- **Recruitment of New Influencers**: Identifying potential talent and expanding our influencer network through new connections and building trustworthy relationships.

- **Monitoring and Analysis**: Analyzing metrics, conducting market research, and tracking current trends, producing reports that assess campaign effectiveness in line with market movements.

- **Creative Collaboration Development**: Initiating innovative partnership ideas that highlight the brand's uniqueness and create authentic, engaging content.

- **Financial Management**: Overseeing settlements and payments, managing agreements, and ensuring fair terms for all parties involved.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Prior experience in influencer marketing.

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

- Successful negotiation and independent project management skills.

- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Hebrew and English.

- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
