Requirements

Completed higher education in the field of thermal energy (master's or specialist), specialization. Knowledge of power plant equipment, principles of their operation, technological characteristics, defects in main and auxiliary equipment, repair technologies, developed communication skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

The deputy head of the shop organizes work on maintenance and repair of boiler and turbine equipment of thermal power plants, improving technology, mechanization and automation of production processes, preventing shortages, saving all types of resources, using reserves to increase labor productivity and increase production profitability, reducing labor intensity:

• Ensures order and safe working conditions when conducting technological processes, performing production operations, operating and maintaining equipment
• Ensures the creation of an administrative, regulatory and methodological framework for the organization and technology of maintenance and repairs
• Ensures achievement of criteria for safe and reliable technical condition of equipment and efficiency of its operation
• Ensures the development and consistency of maintenance and repair plans (schedules);
• Ensures timely formation of orders for the purchase of material resources to perform work in accordance with approved repair plans;
• Organizes work with subordinate personnel, effective distribution of responsibilities and workload of subordinates.
