Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing BusinessIntelligence (BI) team of 5-8 professionals, including system analysts, developers, and QA specialists.

Lead the end-to-end development of DWH and BI systems,from requirement gathering and design to implementation and production

Collaborate with internal clientsto prioritize tasks,optimize resource allocation, and manage project timelines effectively.

Engage with stakeholders acrossthe bank to identify businessneeds and deliver data-driven solutions.

Engage technological innovation by introducing new tools and continuously improving existing processes.

Mentor and support team members, promotingtheir professional and personal development.

Professional Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience/ Information Technology/ Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of experience in managing technology teams, particularly in BI and data environments.

5+ years of hands-onexperience in developing BI systems and ETL processes.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a strong ability to write complexqueries and optimize performance.

Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau,Pyramid, or QlikViewis advantageous.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leadingAgile projects.
