Main Purpose:

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring system performance, scalability, and adherence to engineering best practices. You will be responsible for leading projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to the development of IAM initiatives.

🔹 Key Working Relations: Collaborate closely with the Head of Identity Platforms Engineering, IAM Engineering Team, Security Architects, Governance & Compliance Teams, Business Users & Vendors, as well as Workplace, Security, & HR Teams to ensure seamless identity data integration and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM systems with existing applications.
• Manage user identities, roles, and access permissions across multiple platforms.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to meet security and compliance standards.
• Perform access reviews, audits, and risk assessments to maintain security integrity.
• Automate IAM processes to enhance efficiency using scripting and automation tools.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM issues and lead IAM initiatives.
• Stay updated on new IAM technologies and security trends to continually refine practices.
• Ensure IAM solutions align with overall IT architecture through cooperation with enterprise architecture teams.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, development, infrastructure, security, or a related IT field.
• 3+ years of experience in two or more of the following areas: Identity Lifecycle, Access Governance, Authentication, Cloud Identity Management, Customer IAM, Privileged Access Management.
• Experience with IAM governance platforms such as SailPoint, familiarity with Entra ID or Okta, and CyberArk.
• Knowledge of IQserver and Virtual Appliances (VA) management is a plus.
• Experience with scripting, software development, or web development, preferably using PowerShell or Python for automation.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services is advantageous.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
