About the role:

• Lead the development of new technologies and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Take full responsibility for all technological initiatives within the company.
• Be hands-on in the early stages – development, planning, and execution of critical processes.
• Expand and mentor the development team, aligning with the company’s growth.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery that meets customer requirements.
• Work directly with clients, manage expectations, present solutions, and oversee integrations.
• Establish work methodologies, development processes, and coding standards for quality and stability.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of software development experience – preference for Python or relevant GenAI technologies.

✔ 3+ years of experience managing development teams, including hiring and scaling.

✔ Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a project-based company or startup.

✔ Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, and process automation.

✔ Strong client-facing skills with business understanding and delivery leadership.

✔ Experience in developing complex systems.

✔ Passion for learning new technologies and AI.

✔ Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while maintaining top-tier quality.
