Program Coordinator

Creation-Space is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead operations at the Innovation Center for Space Technologies in Mitzpe Ramon (two days per week in the Mitzpe Ramon office).

This center supports the development of cutting-edge deep space technologies, offering startups advanced acceleration programs, strategic partnerships, and professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of program events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
• Organize group meetings, workshops, and networking events.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Maintain detailed records of program activities and participant engagement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A sense of mission and passion for innovation and community building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• High-level English proficiency—native-level is an advantage.
