Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement Agile methodologies across technical teams while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end development processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks, and delivering structured, efficient solutions.
• Drive discovery, planning, and execution of strategic data projects.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement processes in workflows and deliverables.
• Conduct process monitoring and performance measurement to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Apply a methodical and data-driven approach to manage processes and achieve project goals.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Motivate teams and stakeholders without direct formal authority.
• Define KPIs and monitor progress while continuously exploring innovative solutions and learning new tools and technologies independently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2 +years in managing technological projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence and motivate others.
• Curiosity and self-learning abilities, enabling quick adaptation to new tools and technologies.
• Proven experience in leading and implementing Agile methodologies within organizations.
• Deep understanding of development processes and a proven ability to solve technical challenges.
• Strong risk identification and management skills, ensuring structured and proactive escalation.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with data platforms or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Jira and Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
