Security Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Security Product Manager with a strong cybersecurity background to join our global team and lead the security and compliance strategy for our product portfolio.

📢 Important: This is not a general product management role! We are looking for a Security expert with proven experience in cybersecurity!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Define and lead our products' security and compliance strategy in the medium and long term.

✅ Work closely with R&D and CISO teams to implement security and compliance solutions.

✅ Manage security and compliance requirements, set priorities, and ensure execution aligns with company strategy.

✅ Deeply understand the security market, relevant compliance standards, and emerging threats, while working with customers and business partners.

✅ Support marketing and sales teams in crafting the right messaging, documenting product capabilities, and training internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Act as a security thought leader within the company, engaging with customers, partners, and the broader security community.

Required Qualifications:

🔹 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity and compliance within enterprise and cloud environments.

🔹 7+ years of experience in product management (only if focused on security-related products).

🔹 Experience working with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, PCI DSS.

🔹 Strong technical background with expertise in Authentication, Authorization, IAM, IDP.

🔹 Experience with cloud security & SaaS, including Cloud WAAP, Zero Trust Security.

🔹 Experience working with distributed systems and NoSQL databases – a major advantage.

🔹 Familiarity with DevOps, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, containers – a plus.
