IC ATE Team Leader

NewPhotonics is disrupting data center processing with novel photonic engines solving the power and performance challenges. We are looking for a IC ATE Team Leader to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. The successful candidate for this position has a track record of strength and aptitude relevant to the following areas:

Responsibilities

• Review Test Requirements
• Design test at various levels (WLT, FT, system, Burn-In)
• Ensure Design for Testing guidelines are met during design phases
• Develop and execute IC Test definition, Test script, Test program, Test HW (Socket, LB, PC) & Data collection.
• Bring up wafer sort ATE program during product bring-up and ramp up.
• Design and support manufacturing of Probe Card, Load Board and BIB. Collaborate with global testing companies.
• Implement test in production. Establish OSATs testing- WLT, FT
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ATE systems
• Continuously improve and optimize ATE methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness
• Build up statistical tool for: Yield, FA root cause, and Characterization analysis.
• Perform detailed data analysis and validation to guarantee high-confidence test results
  
  

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, Physics, CS or equivalent (MSc -advantage)
• 8+ years of experience with IC test development environment
• Experience with Advantest and other IC test equipment
• Experienced in coding: e.g. - VB and/or C++, Python, LabVIEW
• JMP master
• Multi-tasking self-learning skills
• Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• 20% travel during the Chip bring-up phase
  
  

• Hands-on experience with high-speed RF equipment and optical integration
• Highly experienced in Production support through ATE data analysis and solutions implementation
• SiPh/ Optics background
• Knowledge of GR468
