Responsibilities

• Creating financial models and advancing new business models
• Analyzing the company’s performance and preparing investor and board presentations
• Preparing ad-hoc analyses and business plans to support strategic initiatives (i.e. M&As, new business initiatives etc.) and in particular evaluating Real Estate Deals’ and its business models.
• Playing a key role in the company’s capital raising activities as needed
• Providing data-based insights, KPIs, and recommendations to other business units
• Manage the monthly Budget vs Actual (BVA) process consolidation
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business and industry to drive value into all planning processes
• Act as a strategic business partner to Mindspace’s Management Team and Market Leads
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes
• Introduce automation and best-in-class system capabilities to ensure the robustness of planning, analysis, and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with other finance functions to provide insightful financial information to management through reports, dashboards, trend analysis, and KPI monitoring
• Ensure timely delivery of information and service to other departments and stakeholders as needed
  
  

• BA in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or Accounting, MBA - a must
• 3-5+ years experience in financial analysis/corporate financing
• Experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting, economics department preferably in the real estate, services, and hospitality industries
• Strong Excel/google sheets and PowerPoint/google slides proficiency - A MUST
• Experience with BI systems
• Strong English is written and verbal communication skills
• Strong communication skills
  
  

• You should be a great communicator who is able to convey messages in a clear and concise manner
• Good organizational skills are key if you’re looking to demonstrate your ability to establish and meet deadlines
• Ability to present information to the company’s senior management team and investors
• Data Savvy - you love to drill into the numbers while using different tools and dashboards
