Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising, phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, conducting various tests, and onboarding.
• Ongoing communication with managers at various management levels, collaborative profiling and thought processes.
• Create new platforms and identify new recruitment sources.
• Manage the recruitment system, maintain communication with candidates, and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Manage interfaces with a wide range of vendors, including recruitment agencies, testing companies, and more.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service – a must!
• Recruitment experience – a significant advantage.
• Fast learning ability, seriousness, high level of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• Strong execution skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high communication ability, sharp judgment.
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Willingness to work in a position that combines office and field work. This position is open to both women and men.
