Information Technology Project Manager

A leading real estate company in the Tel Aviv area is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee technology projects, from defining needs with department managers to coordinating with vendors and implementing solutions within the organization.

Additionally, the role includes managing hardware procurement processes and serving as the primary IT liaison with an outsourced IT service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and define technological needs in collaboration with department managers and propose suitable solutions.
• Plan and execute end-to-end technology projects, including:
• Requirement analysis
• Timeline planning
• Monitoring and tracking project execution
• Operate and coordinate technological processes with external vendors and strategic partners.
• Lead hardware procurement processes (computers, servers, networking equipment, etc.), including budget planning, evaluating proposals, and managing supplier contracts.
• Act as the primary liaison with the outsourced IT service provider, ensuring:
• Continuous IT process management
• Resolution of technical issues
• Advancement of technological innovation based on business needs
• Oversee the quality of IT services provided by external parties.
• Manage and document projects while reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing technology projects.
• Relevant academic degree.
• Experience working with technology vendors and managing hardware procurement.
• Strong ability to define technological needs and structure business processes.
• Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Very high-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
