We’re looking for a key player to join our marketing team and take full ownership of developing and managing affiliate strategies to unlock significant growth potential.

Your Role Includes:

Leading Affiliate Strategy: Building, implementing, and optimizing affiliate programs to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.

Creating New Partnerships: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding quality affiliates aligned with our brand values.

Managing Affiliate Relationships: Retaining and supporting affiliates to boost performance through customized tools and personal guidance.

Client Retention: Understanding business needs, providing advanced solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to continuously improve affiliate programs.

What We’re Looking For:

Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on eCommerce, fintech, or technology.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, affiliate platforms, and data analysis tools.

Industry Knowledge: Experience working with software companies or digital agencies, with a deep understanding of business technology.
