What will you do?

• Lead UX design efforts, creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Design and refine the product’s UX & UI, visual language, and interaction patterns, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers on user scenarios, stories, and priorities while maintaining high standards for design.
• Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences
• Create visual, production–ready design components as part of working with an established design system
• Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product and ultimately create a better user experience.
• Working collaboratively with engineering teams in providing guidance as your designs get built into our product.
• Advocates for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of UX and UI design experience, delivering end-to-end design solutions for mobile apps and complex web applications.
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills, with the ability to translate concepts into intuitive experiences.
• BA degree in Visual Communication or equivalent - a must
• A portfolio showcasing work on web and mobile apps – a must
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Figma master – auto layout, advanced prototyping, and variables
• Ability to identify and apply established styles and leverage established patterns
• Systems thinking; ability to step back and see a project’s larger ecosystem, with a focus on solutions that improve not just one feature but the entire user flow
• Work well in a fast–paced environment – Self–driven, Self–correcting, and Results–oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
