Challenge Airlines, a leading global cargo airline, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Import & Export to join our team at our headquarters in Shoham.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sales strategies for import and export cargo services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and key industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance our competitive edge.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cargo or aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of import/export logistics and global trade.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
