Head of UX Design

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX research and design processes, working closely with PMs, PDs, and end users
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
• Create low to medium fidelity wireframes and user flows
• Identify user needs and pain points through research and testing
• Guide and mentor UX designers and researchers on the team
• Define and implement UX research frameworks and methodologies
• Collaborate with Product Design to ensure research insights inform visual design
• Work with R&D to validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on UX research and design experience in SaaS products
• 7+ years leading UX teams and research initiatives
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies and testing frameworks
• Proficiency in UX tools (Figma, Miro, UserTesting, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis and research synthesis tools
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present research findings
• Strategic thinking with ability to connect user needs to business goals
• Proven track record of driving user-centered design decisions
• Portfolio demonstrating research methods and impact

Advantages:

• Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field
• Experience with advanced research methods (eye tracking, a/b testing)
• Background in developer tools or technical products
• Published research or conference presentations in UX field
• Experience with statistical analysis and quantitative research tools

Head of Product Design

Responsibilities:

• Lead user-centred design processes, working closely with PMs, R&Ds, and of course, our users.
• Create unique pixel-perfect designs which are consistent with our users’ needs, using Figma.
• Identify pain points around the entire user journey and use hypotheses and experiments to solve them.
• Improve existing user interface designs and flows.
• Maintain and extend our product style guide and design system.
• Create prototypes, and present and iterate on designs until you hit the sweet spot.
• Create and maintain a design system.
• Work closely with UX designers to understand user needs and translate them into high fidelity designs.
• Work closely with R&D to ensure that the implementation meets the design.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer (UX & UI) in SaaS companies.
• 7+ years of experience leading a team of PDs and UX researchers.
• Creative mind which translates into beautiful visuals.
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma and Adobe CC suite) and Agile tools (Jira, etc.)
• Understand basic FE lingo, including component libraries, Lottie, etc.
• Good personal skills: team player, independent, organised, open minded, and flexible with strong time-management skills
• Analytic thinking with attention to details and problem-solving mindset
• Strong portfolio.

Advantages:

• A university degree in a relevant discipline: Design, Arts, Cognitive / Applied Psychology, Human Factor Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with Quan & Qual UX research methodologies.
• Experience in designing products used by developers.
• Have a background in, or strong understanding of, the software development process, infrastructures, languages, and tools.
